1. Do I need to pay any registration fee or deposit?
Never. Callnest Enterprises does not charge for hiring, registration, onboarding or training. If anyone asks you for money in our name, report it to hr@codebyakshay.com.
2. When will I receive my salary?
Salary is paid weekly, directly into your bank account. Your KYC bonuses are paid out in the same weekly cycle.
3. Do I need experience or a degree?
No degree and no prior experience required. We train you fully over 3 days of free guided online workshops.
4. What if I close fewer than two KYCs in a week?
Two successful KYCs in a week is the minimum for a payout, so a week with none or one is not payable. If you are not reaching two, you stay in our monitoring and retraining programme — your manager reviews your calls and retrains you until you are. We never charge you for that.
5. When do incentives start?
Your second KYC of the week unlocks everything: the ₹1,300 weekly base and ₹700 for closing it. Every KYC after that adds ₹600 on top.
6. Is this a legal job?
Yes. Callnest Enterprises is Udyam registered (UDYAM-UP-50-0302129) and works as an authorised referral partner for licensed brokers.
7. How many hours do I need to work?
4 to 6 hours a day, on a schedule you choose within our calling window.
