This policy covers the details you give us in the application form on this site. Callnest Enterprises is Udyam registered (UDYAM-UP-50-0302129) at L1/48 Vineet Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010.
What we collect
Only what the form asks for: your name, mobile number, city, age, whether you have a smartphone and internet connection, and your preferred working hours. We do not ask for identity documents, bank details or payment information at the application stage, and we never ask for a fee, a deposit, an OTP or a password at any stage.
Why we collect it
To contact you about this job, assess whether you meet the eligibility requirements, and if you join, to enrol you in training.
Who we share it with
We share applicant details with the broker partners we work with, because the role involves calling on their behalf and they require the details of the people making those calls. By submitting the form you consent to that sharing. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for 1 month from the date you submit them, and are deleted afterwards. If you join us, your details are retained as employment records instead, for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Write to hr@codebyakshay.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted before the 1 month is up. Tell us the mobile number you applied with so we can find your record.
Keeping it safe
Applications are sent over an encrypted connection to a single mailbox that only our hiring team can open.
Reporting misuse
Callnest Enterprises never charges for hiring, registration, onboarding or training. If anyone asks you for money in our name, or contacts you claiming to be us, report it to hr@codebyakshay.com.
