Callnest Enterprises is based at L1 Vineet Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010. The job itself is remote: you work from home on a smartphone or laptop, so you do not need to travel to our office. You can live in Lucknow, elsewhere in Uttar Pradesh, or anywhere in India.
The role is tele-calling. You call pre-verified leads and help them complete KYC to open a demat account with one of our licensed broker partners (Angel One, Upstox, HDFC, Bigul, Lemonn, 5paisa, Choice Broking and Jainam).
What you need
A smartphone or laptop, a stable internet connection, 4 to 6 hours a day, basic Hindi or English, and age 18 or above. No degree and no experience are required. We train you over 3 days of free online workshops.
How the pay works
Pay is weekly. Close two KYCs in a week and you earn the ₹1,300 weekly base plus ₹700 for the second (₹2,000 in total), then ₹600 for every KYC after that. Five KYCs in a week is ₹3,800.
Two KYCs in a week is the minimum. A week with fewer than two is not payable, and you are retrained at no charge. There is no guaranteed salary: what you earn depends on how many KYCs you close.
